This Privacy Policy covers FOHC's treatment of personally identifiable information that FOHC collects when you are on the FOHC Web Site and when you use FOHC 's services offered on the FOHC Web Site. What Type of Information We Collect

FOHC does not collect any personally identifiable information about you other than information that you affirmatively choose to submit to use, such as your e-mail address and name when you subscribe to, volunteer, or purchase one or more of the services or products offered on the FOHC Web Site.  When you conduct certain transactions with us using the FOHC Web Site, you may be asked to enter personal information in order to complete that transaction.

Financial transactions for Aloha for Hawaii Charities originated on the FOHC Web Site are processed through Authorize.net and R2 Innovative Technologies, LLC (R2).  To conduct such a transaction, Authorize.net and R2 request certain information from you on FOHC’s Web Site including contact information (such as name and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and other information necessary to process and track the transaction).  This information is used for the transaction and for billing purposes.
